Main Confused.com Rewards Offer terms and conditions

1 The Promoter of this offer is Inspop.com Limited trading as Confused.com, whose registered office is at Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff CF10 3AL. Registration No. 03857130 (“Confused.com”).

2 Confused.com Rewards (the “Offer”) is open to UK customers of Confused.com who purchase a single annual car, single annual van or annual contents and/or buildings insurance policy (“Qualifying Products”) through www.Confused.com (the “Website”) and which can be verified by Confused.com for as long as the Offer is promoted on the Website. Any other product offered on the Website – other than the Qualifying Products stated above – are expressly excluded from the offer.

3 By applying for the Offer, customers are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

4 Only one customer per policy purchased is eligible to apply for this Offer and multiple Rewards (as detailed in point 7 below) will not be issued for multiple customers named on a single policy.

4.1 A maximum of one Offer application can be submitted per car insurance policy purchased, per vehicle registration.

4.2 A maximum of two Offer applications can be submitted per home insurance policy purchased, per household which equates to circumstances where a single buildings and single contents policy have been purchased separately. If a combined buildings and contents policy is purchased, a maximum of one Offer application can be submitted per household.

4.3 A maximum of one Offer application can be submitted per van insurance policy purchased, per vehicle registration.

5 To submit an Offer application and/or to receive their Reward, a customer will require access to the internet and a valid email address. For the Lidl Plus reward, you will also need to download the Lidl Plus app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and provide a mobile number.

6 This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, including offers via third party cash back sites, with the exception of the Confused.com Beat Your Renewal guarantee. If car, van or contents and/or buildings insurance is purchased through Confused.com via a cash back site and an application is also submitted for Confused.com Rewards, only the Confused.com Reward will be rewarded.

7 Eligible customers will be given the option to choose from one of the following rewards:

a) £20 Lidl Plus coupon; or
b) 12 free Triple Foam car washes at IMO Car Wash; or
c) £20 Halfords gift code; or
d) £20 Dominos eGift

The Rewards are subject to their own terms and conditions which are different to those of this Offer. These will be available on the Offer application form and it is important customers read and understand these before applying as changes cannot be made after application submission.

8 In order to receive their chosen Reward, the following process shall apply:

8.1 Customers must obtain a new quote and purchase a single annual car, single annual van or annual contents and/or buildings insurance policy through Confused.com. Policies purchased via telephone following a quote obtained via the Website will also qualify for the Offer provided the customer has clicked the phone button on the Website to reveal the insurers’ contact details and supplied the quote and reference number at the point of purchasing the policy (“Qualifying Purchase”). Applications submitted before a Qualifying Purchase is made cannot be accepted and will be deemed as unsuccessful.

8.2 Following making a Qualifying Purchase, customers must log on to the Website and select Confused.com Rewards in their account within 40 days of receiving the quote associated to the Qualifying Purchase and apply for the Offer.

8.3 To submit an Offer application, all required fields in the Offer application form will need to be completed.

8.4 An email confirming application submission will be sent to the applicants’ email address stated on the application form within 24 hours of applying (“Confirmation Email”). The Confirmation Email will detail information on how the progress of the Offer application can be tracked by the customer online or on the Confused.com app (the “Tracker”).

8.5 Following receipt of the Confirmation Email, eligible customers will receive a further email at the email address submitted on the Offer application form within 14 working days of submitting their application which will include instructions on how to redeem their chosen Reward (“Reward Email”). For security purposes, the Reward Email requires a promotional code and/or additional information to be revealed. Recipients will have 30 days from the Reward Email being sent to reveal the code and/or additional information. After this 30-day reveal code expires, there will be no access to the promotional code and/or more information. For Lidl Plus Reward Emails, the 30 day period refers to the recipient downloading the Lidl Plus app and creating a Lidl Plus app account and supplying additional information.

8.6 Once the promotional code has been revealed and dependant on the Reward, there will be an expiration date applied to the Reward.

8.7 If the Reward Email is not received within 14 working days of application submission, a reason will be provided by accessing the Tracker via the Confirmation Email.

8.8 If an application is assigned a ‘unable to verify your claim’ status. There will be the opportunity to re-check and amend these details within 14 days from this status being applied, which will be provided in the form of a link accessible via the Tracker. If no detail confirmation or amendment is supplied within 14 days, the application will be deemed as unsuccessful.

9 In the event that a Reward becomes unavailable, customers will be contacted with alternative options of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.

10.Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed by Confused.com at its absolute discretion. The Reward is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other gift, voucher or cash value. If a customer chooses to cancel their Reward or suffers damage/loss to their Reward, no replacement reward will be issued. Confused.com accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the selected Rewards.

11 The Reward application procedure (detailed in points 8.4-8.9) is hosted and managed by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (registered company in England and Wales 06467245) on behalf of Confused.com. Customer data will be shared with The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited strictly to the extent necessary to process, verify and issue the Reward and to answer any related customer queries.

12 The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited use of customer data will be governed by their applicable privacy policies. Their privacy policies are different from the Confused.com privacy policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand and agree to the privacy policy of The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited.

13 Any customer data Confused.com holds during this Offer will be held and used in accordance with the Confused.com privacy policy (available at https://www.confused.com/privacy-and-security/privacy-policy) and current UK data protection legislation.

14 Insofar as is permitted by law, Confused.com and its agents or distributors accept no liability or responsibility for any delays or failures in verifying a Qualifying Purchase caused by a third-party provider, data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, entries which fail to be submitted properly.

15 We retain the right to reject your claim on suspicion of malpractice, misrepresentation or any other use which is inconsistent with our terms and conditions. This may also result in Confused.com not being able to offer other products, or insurers offering their products on different terms. Also, we actively monitor information entered into our website and pass on intelligence of suspected fraud to other parties including insurance providers, aggregators, financial institutions and fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information.

16 Confused.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at their discretion and without notice.

17 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Exceptions and Exclusions

  • Policies that are cancelled during the policy cancellation period for any reason will not be eligible to receive the Offer.

  • Customers will only be eligible for the Offer where Confused.com and The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited are able to verify the Qualifying Purchase. Purchases not made through Confused.com shall not be eligible for the Offer.

  • Purchases made through Confused.com via uSwitch, Money.co.uk, Clearscore, Top Cashback or any other affiliate partner shall not be eligible for the Offer.

  • The Lidl Plus reward requires an active Lidl Plus app account and is only available to customers aged 18 and over.

  • The Lidl Plus reward can’t be redeemed in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

  • The Lidl Plus reward cannot be redeemed on transactions under £20 and cannot be redeemed on alcohol or infant formula. Alcohol and infant formula does not count towards the spend amount.

  • The IMO Car Wash reward is subject to a maximum vehicle height restriction of two metres.

HelloFresh

The free recipe box reward will be subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • Once a successful claimant has revealed their HelloFresh reward code on the reward reveal page, they will have 12 months to redeem their reward.
  • Customers must be 18 or over.
  • To redeem this reward, you will be required to have an active HelloFresh account. If you do not have an existing HelloFresh account, you will be advised at the point of reward issuance on how to create one.
  • The reward grants the redeemer a free 2 person x 3 meal box, including shipping costs worth £29.99. If a larger first box selection is chosen, additional charges will apply and the redeemer will be liable to cover the additional costs.
  • As part of this reward, both new and existing HelloFresh accountholders will also be entitled to £15 off their next 3 boxes should they wish to continue their subscription.
  • As part of the standard HelloFresh registration process, new customers will be required to provide card details. Once redeemed you will be signed up to a flexible weekly subscription.
  • You may amend your subscription preferences or choose to deactivate or cancel your HelloFresh account after redeeming your free box as part of Confused.com Rewards, as per the below timeframe.
  • To avoid being charged for further boxes after your free one, you need to cancel your subscription by midnight five days before your next delivery is due.
  • If you do not pause or cancel your subscription before the deadline date you will receive and be charged for subsequent deliveries in accordance with the box selected in your account settings.
  • Pausing or cancelling your subscription can be done via your account settings on www.hellofresh.co.uk.
  • Maximum of one free box reward can be redeemed per HelloFresh account.
  • Voucher codes are not redeemable in relation to any premium meal selections or surcharge items as confirmed on our website during the checkout process.
  • Not valid for gift or trial boxes.
  • Valid for UK residents only (including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey), excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands.
  • Cannot cater for dietary requirements.
  • Cannot be substituted for any cash value.
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Lidl Plus

The £20 Lidl Plus reward will be subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions the Promoter is Lidl Stiftung & Co. (“Lidl” or “Lidl Plus”) whose registered office is at KG, Stiftsbergstraße 1, 74167 Neckarsulm, Germany.
  • These are the Promoter’s terms and conditions.
  • The Lidl Plus reward can be redeemed by residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
  • To redeem the £20 Lidl Plus reward you must be age 18 or over and must have access to download the Lidl Plus rewards app via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Account holder mobile number and email address required to sign up to Lidl Plus.
  • Once your claim has been validated as successful and your Lidl Plus Reward Email has been sent to you, you will be reminded to download the Lidl Plus app if you haven’t already and will be prompted to provide the correct email address connected to your Lidl Plus app account.
  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address linked to your Lidl Plus members app account, and any incorrect information supplied will result in delays in processing your Lidl Plus reward.
  • You will have 30 days from the date your Lidl Plus Reward Email is sent to you to download the Lidl Plus app and create a Lidl Plus app account, click the green button in your Reward Email and supply the email address linked to your Lidl Plus app account. If you do not action and supply this information within the permitted 30 day period, the right to your Reward will be rescinded.
  • Following you supplying your email address connected to your Lidl Plus app (as detailed in step 6 above), it may take up to 14 working days to apply your £20 Lidl Plus reward to your Lidl Plus app. You will be sent a courtesy email advising you when your reward has been applied to your Lidl Plus app. If you opt in to Lidl Plus marketing, you will also receive courtesy push notifications advising once your coupon has been applied to your Lidl Plus account.
  • If Lidl Plus are unable to locate a Lidl Plus account using the email information you supplied, you will be sent a courtesy email advising you to check and confirm your email address. You will have 7 days from the date this email is sent to check and confirm your information, after which you will no longer be able to resubmit your information and will lose the right to your Lidl Plus reward.
  • Once your £20 Lidl Plus coupon has been applied to your Lidl plus app, your coupon will be valid for 28 days. Actual dates shown on the coupon details in the Lidl Plus app.
  • Only one £20 Confused.com coupon can be used per single transaction.
  • The £20 Lidl Plus coupon strictly cannot be used or reissued after its expiry date.
  • £20 coupon can be used for £20 off shopping when you spend £20 or more in a single transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, you cannot redeem your £20 Lidl Plus coupon on transactions under £20 and no change will be given.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other Lidl Plus coupons which give a discount on an overall spend in a single transaction.
  • Alcohol, infant formula and gift cards do not count towards the spend amount. Cannot redeem coupon on alcohol, infant formula and gift cards.
  • Coupon can be used on full priced items or against reduced price or sale items.
  • Coupon must be presented at Lidl store till at time of purchase.
  • Screenshots, pictures or printouts will not be accepted; only original coupons shown within the Lidl Plus app are deemed as valid.
  • Coupons are only redeemable by Lidl Plus account holders in Lidl GB (excluding NI) branches. Participating UK Lidl branches can be found at www.lidl.co.uk.
  • The £20 Lidl Plus coupon is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Coupon value is 0.0001p.
  • Coupon is not for resale or publication.
  • Data charges may apply.
  • Coupon remains property of Lidl Great Britain Limited.
  • Proportion of total coupon discount will be deducted from each item purchased.
  • If number of items exceeds total coupon discount (in pence), proportion of total coupon discount will be deducted from the earliest items scanned until total coupon discount has been used.
  • Any refunds on items purchased using a coupon discount will be refunded at the discounted price (with no credit refunded for the coupon or applicable portion of the coupon used on such item.

IMO Car Wash

The 12 free car washes reward will be subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • The IMO reward as part of Confused.com Rewards entitles the successful claimant to 12 months’ worth of free car wash vouchers.
  • The 12 car wash vouchers are issued individually on the basis of one voucher per 30 days until all 12 car wash vouchers have been provided to the successful claimant. For the avoidance of doubt, the first car wash voucher will be issued to the successful claimant at the point of initially revealing the reward via the reward email or via the online claim tracker.
  • Each voucher will be valid for 30 days only. The validity of a voucher cannot be extended nor can it be reinstated once expired.
  • Once a carwash voucher has expired after 30 days, it will be removed from the reward reveal page and the next available car wash voucher will automatically be presented on the reward reveal page. For the avoidance of doubt, the reward reveal page is accessible via the reward email and we strongly recommend that the successful claimant keep this safe.
  • Successful claimants will be presented with information on the reveal page which allows them to keep track of the date in which a currently presented voucher expires and when the following voucher will become available to redeem. It is the successful claimants’ responsibility to visit their reveal page and access their car wash voucher within its validity period.
  • Each voucher entitles the successful claimant to a Triple Foam car wash.
  • To redeem, the digital voucher displayed on the reward reveal page must be presented upon arrival to IMO/ARC, either as a print-out or electronic form as shown on a smart device. Each car wash voucher features a QR code which needs to be scanned upon redemption.
  • Vouchers can only be used at participating IMO/ARC car wash sites. You can find your nearest site here.
  • Open to all UK residents aged 17 or over, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  • Each voucher is single-use only.
  • The use of this voucher is subject to the availability of the car wash facility and no cash or alternative offer is available.
  • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  • It must not be sold and cannot be used for any other purpose.
  • The voucher entitles only 1 wash per person on production of the voucher.
  • Vouchers that have been photographed or copied will not be accepted.
  • Use of the car wash facility will be under the terms and conditions of IMO/ARC which can be found here.
  • IMO will not be responsible for any wash facility subsequently declining the voucher.
  • Anduff reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time.
  • The Promoter is Anduff car wash limited whose registered office is at 35-37 Amersham Hill, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP13 6NU.
  • The IMO Car Wash reward is subject to a maximum vehicle height restriction of two metres.
  • Some IMO Car Wash sites may also enforce vehicle weight restrictions and will be available on the site Menu board.
  • Vehicles with roof racks, beacons, pipe tubes or any other additional roof/side equipment are not permitted.

Domino's
  • The Voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions below:
  • “DPUK” shall mean Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Limited, 1 Thornbury, West Ashland, Milton Keynes, MK6 4BB.
  • “Promoter” shall mean Confused.com, Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AL.
  • “Voucher(s) shall mean the pizza vouchers in the sum of £20 which DPUK shall provide to the Promoter.
  • DPUK reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions below at any time.

  • The Voucher can only be redeemed online at dominos.co.uk and via the DPUK app.

  • These are single use vouchers i.e. each Voucher can only be used once at the time of ordering and cannot be used retrospectively. Any unclaimed money remaining on the Voucher will be lost. No change or credit will be given if the full Voucher is not redeemed in one online transaction.
  • There is no minimum spend to redeem the Voucher, but a delivery charge may be added to your delivery order, please check with your local store for details. Delivery area restrictions and minimum delivery spends may apply to have a qualifying delivery order, please ask your local store for details.
  • The Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date outlined in the ‘reward email which customers will receive when the Voucher is issued to them by Confused.com.
  • Online redemption of this Voucher permits collection or delivery.
  • If you incur a delivery charge on an order placed using your voucher and you pay for this delivery charge with a credit or debit card or PayPal system, DPUK will process an automated refund for your delivery charge (the “Delivery Charge Refund”). Delivery Charge Refund not available on cash payments.
  • The Delivery Charge Refund will be processed on a weekly basis in arrears by DPUK. Please allow an additional 3 - 5 working days for the Delivery Charge Refund to be remitted to your account.
  • If you fail to receive a credit for the Delivery Charge Refund, and you paid by credit/debit card or by PayPal systems, please call 0800 6409071 quoting ‘Confused.com Delivery Charge Refund’.
  • DPUK accepts no liability or responsibility for the Vouchers to the extent that the Vouchers have been tampered or interfered with by any third party, or has already been redeemed, or in any way cannot be redeemed, due to circumstances outside of DPUK’s control, and DPUK shall not be liable or responsible for any damage or loss suffered as a result.
  • DPUK cannot be held liable for system failures on the website (dominos.co.uk) or the DPUK App, nor can DPUK be held responsible for the failure of third parties to fulfil the obligations involved in this promotion.
  • The Voucher is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative to the Voucher will be offered.
  • Offer available at participating Domino’s Pizza stores in the UK (including Northern Ireland) only subject to availability.
  • DPUK does not endorse and is not responsible for third party products or the acts or omissions of third parties involved with this promotion.
  • DPUK reserves the right, to alter or amend these terms & conditions at any time without notice.
  • These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Halfords
  • The Promoter of this Offer is Halfords Limited (“Halfords”) whose registered office is at Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE.
  • These are the Provider’s terms and conditions.
  • Activated gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise from Halfords Retail Stores or Auto Centres within the UK and via the Halfords website www.halfords.com.
  • Online redemptions of a reward issued as part of the Confused.com Rewards Offer are available as of 26th March 2021.
  • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with online Click & Collect orders.
  • A maximum of 3 Halfords gift cards can be combined per transaction.
  • When redeeming online or instore, the redeemer will be required to enter their 19 digit Halfords gift card number along with their 4 digit gift card PIN. A transaction cannot be processed without the PIN.
  • Halfords gift card will not be exchanged for cash.
  • There is no right to cancel a gift card order once the gift card has been spent in full or part.
  • The gift card is valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
  • A Halfords gift card remains the property of Halfords.
  • Halfords cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
  • The funds on a gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
  • Halfords reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
  • By activating and/or redeeming a Halfords gift card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • The balance of a gift card can be checked in a Halfords store at any till, or online via our balance checker. You will be required to enter your Halfords gift card number and your gift card PIN.

Shell £20 Fuel

The £20 fuel reward will be subject to the terms and conditions below:

  1. To redeem this reward you must be age 16 or over, and have an active Shell Go+ account.
  2. The £20 fuel reward is only redeemable in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
  3. If you are an existing customer of Shell Go+, it is your responsibility to provide the correct email address connected to your Shell Go+ account when claiming this reward. If you are new to Shell Go+, the email shared with Shell will be the email used when applying for your Confused.com Reward.
  4. The £20 fuel reward will be valid for 30 days from date of issue. For the avoidance of doubt this is the date the £20 fuel reward is awarded by Shell and reflected in a member’s Shell Go+ account, not the date on which the Reward is activated or redeemed. The £20 fuel reward cannot be used or reissued after its expiry date.
  5. Please note that a maximum of two £20 fuel rewards can be loaded to a single Shell Go+ account within a 3 month period.
  6. When your £20 fuel reward has been issued it will be reflected in your Shell Go+ account, which is accessible via the Shell Go+ App and/or through the Shell Go+ Website. Shell will also notify you by email at point of issuance.
  7. Once issued, your £20 fuel reward can only be used at a participating sites if it is activated prior to visiting a participating site. This can be done in a member’s Shell Go+ account, which is accessible via the Shell Go+ App and/or through the Shell Go+ Website. Visit www.goplus.shell.com for a list of participating sites.
  8. Your £20 fuel reward can be redeemed at till point or ‘pay at pump’ services.
  9. Your £20 fuel reward can only be used in one transaction, for fuel expenditure that is equal to or greater than your fuel bill. If the price of your fuel exceeds the value of the £20 fuel reward, the outstanding balance must be paid on purchase. The £20 fuel reward cannot be used for any fuel purchases below £20.
  10. Your £20 fuel reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, prize or benefit that is in or outside of the Shell Go+ programme.
  11. Your £20 fuel reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
  12. The £20 fuel reward can only be redeemed by the person it was issued to.

Green Flag

For the purposes of clarity, when we say “Us” or “We” contained in this policy information, this refers to U K Insurance Limited.

The cover associated with your free Reward is:

• Roadside Assistance
• It covers the vehicle you have told us about for anyone driving or travelling in it with the owners’ permission.

The vehicle must meet the following criteria:

• Be a car, light van, motorhome or motorbike that is privately registered in the UK
• There aren’t more people in it than the manufacturer would recommend, or more than 9 altogether including the driver
• It can’t weigh more than 3.5 metric tonnes (3,500 kg) including any load carried
• It can’t be more than 7 metres long (apart from a tow bar or coupling device), 3 metres tall and 2.55 metres wide
• It’s been serviced, looked after and used as recommended by the manufacturer
• It’s got a valid road tax and MOT certificate, if it needs one
• It must be fit to drive when you take out the policy and at the start of each journey
• It’s never used to carry things or people for money. For example, as a courier service or taxi

• Roadside Assistance provides help at the roadside anywhere in the UK as long as the vehicle is at least ¼ mile from the home address. If the vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside, it and any passengers will be taken to a local garage or repairer up to 10 miles from the scene of the breakdown.

Main features and benefits

• Caravans or trailers are covered whilst being towed
• Cover is provided if you are stuck in water, snow, sand or mud
• A maximum of 5 call outs per 12-month policy term applies. If you have more than that, we may still attend, but you will have to pay for any service provided

Redeeming the Reward

If your Confused.com Rewards application is successful, you will be sent a gift email to the email address you supplied on your application. You will have 30 days from the date the email is sent to reveal your Green Flag redemption code and a further 9 months to complete your personal and vehicle details on the Green Flag redemption website. You will be able to select cover to start the day after or up to a maximum of 60 days from the date you redeem your Reward.

Once you have redeemed the Reward, Green Flag will send you a welcome letter and your policy documents. After this, you will be able to choose to upgrade your Reward cover for an additional premium with some of the additional cover options listed below.

Green Flag Breakdown cover is underwritten by U K Insurance Limited, who’s registered address is The Wharf, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4AZ. The company is registered in England and Wales under number 1179980. This policy is provided to you in English and will be subject to English Law.

Renewal

This Reward cover lasts for 12 months from the start date you selected. It will not automatically renew. Green Flag will write to you approximately one month before the cover ends, telling you how much it will cost to renew for another 12 months. If you want to renew at that time, you will need to call Green Flag on the above number to do so. However, if you want the cover to renew automatically, please call Green Flag on the number above at any time before the cover ends. You will need to provide your payment details at that time for the cover to automatically renew, but no money will be taken until the renewal date. Green Flag will still write to you telling you how much it will cost, but you won’t have to do anything if you want the cover to renew.

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel this Green Flag Roadside Assistance Reward for any reason, you will not be able to take another Reward in its place.

You can cancel your policy at any time. If you have not upgraded your policy and want to cancel the free Roadside Assistance cover, you will not receive a refund.

If you have upgraded your policy and want to cancel:
• If you cancel within 14 days of the upgrade starting or of you receiving the documents, whichever is later (this is the cooling off period), we’ll give you a full refund as long as you haven’t made a claim.
• If you cancel after that, as long as you haven’t made a claim, we’ll give you a refund based on how long your policy had left. We’ll also deduct an administration fee of £10.60 from any refund we give you.

We’ve got the right to cancel your policy at any time.

We’ll give you 14 days notice in writing to the most recent address that you’ve given us.
• We will not give a refund for the free Roadside Assistance cover.
• If you have upgraded your policy, we’ll give you back what you paid, apart from an amount for the time that your policy lasted.

For clarity, in any cancellation circumstance, you will not be able to choose another reward in affiliation with the Confused.com Rewards Offer.

  • Bookings can be made directly via www.lastminute.com only and cannot be made through any other 3rd party websites.
  • The voucher entitles the bearer to £20 credit and can be used against the following products only: “Hotels”, “Flight + Hotel” (holiday packages) or “Eurostar” (train + hotel packages)”.
  • The voucher is to be used by, and not after 1st August 2021. Travel must be booked before this date but actual travel dates can be further in advance.
  • The voucher cannot be combined with other voucher codes, discounts, promotions or cash back activities. Please note that the voucher code has to be applied before confirming the booking and not as a deposit payment method.
