This promotion is available to customers who have bought a life insurance policy with or without critical illness cover via the confused.com website between 1st August 2022 to 31st October 2022 or from 1st June 2023. (“Confused.com”, “we”, “us”).
These terms and conditions apply to the Confused Life Insurance Promotion (the “Promotion”). By claiming a reward, you are accepting these terms and conditions
This promotion is available to customers who have bought a life insurance policy with or without critical illness cover via the confused.com website from 1st June 2023.
Guaranteed acceptance cover (over 50's life insurance) is excluded from this promotion and this promotion is not available to customers who buy their policy via a cashback site.
Eligible customers can choose between a £75 M&S, Argos or Amazon.co.uk* Gift Card.
You will be eligible to claim your reward once you have paid 6 monthly premiums. You will receive an email within 28 days of making your 6th monthly premium inviting you to claim your reward. Your reward must be claimed within 30 days of receipt of this email.
Once you have claimed your reward you will receive your reward email within 5 working days. For security purposes, the Reward Email requires your gift code to be revealed. You will have 30 days from receiving the reward email to reveal the code.
This promotion is limited to one gift card per life insurance policy sold (including joint plans) and limited to two gift cards per address.
Purchases made through Confused.com via uSwitch, Money.co.uk, Top Cashback or any other affiliate partner shall not be eligible for the reward.
The promotion is subject to availability. Confused.com reserves the right to end or modify the promotion at any time, for any reason and without prior notice or explanation. Termination or modification of the promotion will not affect eligible customers’ entitlement to a gift card if they have applied for a Life Insurance policy via Confused.com before the termination or modification date.
Confused.com will not be liable to compensate you if: (a) you are unable to benefit from this Promotion because your application for a Life Insurance policy declined; or (b) your Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Gift Cards are non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative and they may not be transferred for value.
Privacy notice: Confused.com is the data controller of any personal data collected in connection with this Promotion. Confused.com’s lawful basis for processing personal data will be its legitimate interests in offering and administering this Promotion. Confused.com will use a third party service provider, The Marketing Lounge Partnership (“MLP”) to administer the Promotion, including hosting the Promotion webpage and corresponding with customers about the Promotion. Confused.com will share customers’ names, other unique identifiers, titles, email addresses, policy numbers and premium amounts with MLP for this purpose. MLP will not use customers’ personal data for any other purpose. Argos Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods in any UK Argos store or online at argos.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
- eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone.
- eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
- eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI.
- This eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be re-sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.

M&S Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- e-gift cards can be redeemed at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands (including Outlets but excluding BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
- e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, Lunch to Go, or M&S Energy.
- e-gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £1 and a maximum load value of £1000.
- e-gift cards, or a combination of, are restricted to a maximum of five that can be redeemed in any one transaction online.
- e-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction. After 24 months from the last transaction, any remaining balance will be cancelled. Balance enquiries can be obtained online or by calling 0333 014 8777 for the UK and Channel Islands (local rates apply) or 1890 719380 for Eire (mobile rates may vary).
- If any item purchased with a e-gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.
- If you do not spend the entire balance on the e-gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. If spent in store, the remaining balance is shown on your printed till receipt.
- e-gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. M&S will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- M&S reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
